About

Shantel McBride is a Hospice Chaplain, Certified Trainer, nationally renowned Inspirational Speaker, and Grief Counselor. She is out touching others to awaken their inner genius and passion – to live their purpose from the inside-out. Shantel reignites the spark of unlimited potential and opportunity. As a National Best Selling Co-Author of the book Success through Failing, clients say she embodies the Circle of Life. She’s known to add ‘splash to their dash’ – not only walking beside others while they take their last steps on earth, but teaching people how to really live while alive.
Shantel transitioned from top retail sales (2 nd in the nation) and pacesetter at Nordstrom to being a chaplain when several dear friends and family members all passed on within a short period of time. After intense soul-searching, Shantel says she went “from lip gloss to working for the Big Boss (God!)”
After realizing the truth that any day could be your last day on Earth, and knowing that the future is never guaranteed, she set out on a course of no return, and began to look at life in a different light. It became a precious gift—something she wanted to share with others. She saw so many people around her not wanting to live, not cherishing their own lives. She saw others grieving from death and even life losses so deep that they couldn’t get out. That’s when she began sharing the way that she had brought herself from depression into joy, finding answers from within, and true connection to God.
